Most affordable with the most experience that I could find, and a member of the BBB. Replaced 63 feet of fence on side yard and replaced a section of fence with a gate near my garage. Does demo and haul off of old; uses cedar pickets, treated 3 rail foundation and posts mounted in cement, 2x6" rot board across bottom. He's $15 per foot, been in business 30 years and gives a warranty on his work.
