What WILL I think up next?

I'm painting more and more these days!  My Mother and my paternal Grandmother were both awesome canvas painters. When I was a kid, my mom painted the walls of our dinging room with outdoor scenes from magazines, 3 walls, and framed them, floor to ceiling... it was incredible. One of them had a little character from an old comic strip called Broom Hilda sitting at the bottom of a tree next to a stream. That was pretty funny. As a child my bedroom had changing themes, but I particularly liked the rainbow that went all the way around the room, did a loop behind the door, and both ends met up at a huge pot of gold - the pot was gold and black marbled wallpaper with black velvet veins, and glitter and large round sequins flowed out. Gee... I wonder why I've been inspired to drag art into my everyday life. ;) I think it's funny that people who don't know me too well, but end up in my house, always ask if the master bedroom is one of my kid's rooms when they look up at the ceiling. I don't have any kids! Ha!
