What WILL I think up next?

aLcoHol: notice the ordered life as you look at the perfectly placed outter tiles... then how the pieces start to go a bit askew... then the grandeur effect that alcoholism has on the pshyche as the pieces get bigger, but also are not in "order" .... then the center explosion as life is ruined.
aLcoHol was created by me and my hubby, Mike. It was initially made for to a 'call to artists' for a downtown City of Houston 1 year exhibition. As we made this piece, I was able to learn how to work with cutting and breaking mirrors, the difference in the effects/patterns/feel. I specifically took this 'call' because I wanted to get used to the medium before starting on my newest art car, Shattered Vanity. My studio is basically anywhere I feel comfortable creating. Usually, that's the garage, but for this piece, it was the kitchen. Ok, so there was glass EVERYWHERE and the table and island counters will never look quite the same, but eh!, so what? ;)

It's yours for $1500
