What WILL I think up next?

8/1/08:
I thought this would be a great company to roll over to when SunRocket went out of business.  I was wrong.  The little box used to connect you to cable home phone service didn't work 1/2 of the time, and when it did, the calls bounced and delayed like I was talking to someone in another country.  After about 7 months of service I found the only way to make this device work was to unplug and re-plug it in every time.  I tried to contact customer service, but it takes so long I gave up many times.  More than 3 times I was waiting my turn, then just abruptly disconnected, making me start over.  Talk about burning cell minutes and raising blood pressure!  Whew!  So, contract is up 10/08 - I got 15 months for the price of 12.  They have been sending me emails telling me my account is up 7/08 and they will be charging my card now for the monthly rate of $19.99.  I finally did manage to get a new "box" to see if my problems would be solved.  Nope.  Now I get a dial tone, I dial a number, it rings once and then drops.  Useless and I will challenge them with the BBB the first chance I get if they screw me in any way when I cancel.  If you cancel within the first year, you're charged $39.95 for the pathetic honor to ever have used these people to begin with.  So, I'm gone!  Ck out the recommendation for T-Mobile's "@Home" service above!
